- Our policy is to strive for the quickest shipment time possible, in spite of the customised nature of products, with shipments typically going out within 2-4 days of when your order was placed. Your satisfaction is very important to us. However, please note due to the customised nature of these products batches and manufacturing/supply, occasionally, it may take up to 2-3 weeks, especially during heavy sales periods such as near end of the year (though of course we will keep you informed of this).
- Also, to make it a more simplified and enjoyable shopping experience we offer flat shipping rates world wide! And they start from as low as $60 for EMS and $75 for Courier. We only use those 2 options as they are 100% trackable and both you, the customer, and us, the merchant would know where it is at any point in time.
- For any change of address, please contact us ASAP so we can accomodate it if possible (conditions apply and this is at our discretion). You should have the correct addresses on your PayPal account and checkout appropriately.

Before placing an order, we kindly encourage you to contact your local customs office and inquire about your country’s import regulations and restrictions. Every country varies from one another, and what may be allowed in one country may be banned in its neighboring country. Ordering without comprehending your customs regulations may result in costly tariffs and import duties, a delayed delivery, or even a returned package. Please confirm with your Customs office to see if your country allows for the import of the products that you are interested in purchasing, and if additional documentation is required. - Refunds
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
